Prefabricated corrugated steel web assembled bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated corrugated steel web spliced bridge which comprises a plurality of box girder units formed by splicing an upper left prefabricated beam, an upper right prefabricated beam, a lower left prefabricated beam and a lower right prefabricated beam. The upper left prefabricated beam and the upper right prefabricated beam are symmetrically arranged and each comprise an upper corrugated steel web arranged in the longitudinal direction, the tops of the upper corrugated steel webs are embedded in the concrete top plate, and an extension type upper L-shaped steel plate is arranged at the end of the inner side of the concrete top plate. The upper L-shaped steel plates are welded and connected and are connected with concrete top plates of the left upper precast beam and the right upper precast beam by pouring concrete; the left lower precast beam and the right lower precast beam are similar to the left upper precast beam and the right upper precast beam in structure; the upper corrugated steel web of the left upper precast beam is in threaded connection with the lower corrugated steel web of the left lower precast beam, and the upper corrugated steel web of the right upper precast beam is in threaded connection with the lower corrugated steel web of the right lower precast beam. The structure is stable, light in weight, high in strength, convenient to hoist, erect and assemble, small in field cast-in-place and construction surface and high in construction efficiency.
