The invention belongs to the technical field of hoists, and particularly relates to a hydraulic hoist which can greatly reduce the rotating speed of a screw through meshing transmission of a small-diameter bevel gear and a large-diameter bevel gear and transmission between a worm and a worm gear, so that the situation that a valve is not easy to control due to too fast lifting is avoided. And under the condition that a servo motor is powered off, an inserting rod can still penetrate through the interior of a sleeve to be inserted into a clamping groove, lifting adjustment can be conducted on a valve, and the flexibility of overall use is guaranteed.
