Deepwater modular pile stabilizing platform for offshore wind power foundation construction
The invention discloses a deepwater modular pile stabilizing platform for offshore wind power foundation construction. The bottom end of an upper pile stabilizing platform (1) is connected with the top end of a lower pile stabilizing platform (2) through a flange; the top end of the jacket body (3) is connected with the bottom end of the lower pile stabilizing platform (2) through a flange; the jacket body (3) is connected with the escalator platform system (5) through a flange; two ends of the buoyancy cylinder (4) are closed, and the whole buoyancy cylinder (4) is connected with the jacket body (3) through a flange; the jacket steel pipe pile limiting system (7) is installed on the side face of the jacket body (3) and used for jacket foundation construction. The device can be suitable for deepwater environments below 45 m or used for offshore wind field piling operation, adopts dustproof plate type and suspension type guide frame structural forms, and can be used for single pile and jacket pile construction. All the modules are connected through the same connecting structures such as flanges, assembly, disassembly and combination are convenient, transportation is convenient, and repeated use can be achieved. And meanwhile, through modular combination of all the modules, different function requirements of single pile and jacket foundation construction and the like can be met, and the construction cost is saved.
