Window frame structure for prefabricated building
The present invention relates to a window frame structure for a prefabricated building, in which unit panels for forming a wall or a roof of the prefabricated building form an open part of a window, which is surrounded by a window frame base frame, and which allows the overall window frame structure to be formed through a process of assembling simple and light window frame plates, thereby providing a window frame structure of a certain standard to prefabricated buildings through standardization of the window frame base frame. The window frame structure for a prefabricated building according to the present invention comprises: a pair of panels arranged to face each other and to be spaced apart from each other to form an insulator installation space therebetween, and having open parts for forming a window, which face each other; a wall edge frame having both widthwise ends coupled to the panels and installed along the perimeter of the insulator installation space; a window frame base frame having both widthwise ends coupled along the perimeter of the open parts of the panels; a unit panel module including insulators installed in the remaining areas excluding the open parts of the insulator installation space; and a window frame plate coupled to the window frame base frame so as to be located outside the window frame base frame based on the insulator installation space.
본 발명은 조립식 건축물의 벽체 내지 지붕을 형성하기 위한 단위 패널이 창틀 베이스 프레임을 통해 감싸인 창문 형성용 개방부를 형성하고 있어, 이에 단순하고 가벼운 형태의 창틀 플레이트을 간편하게 조립하는 과정을 통해 전체적인 창틀 구조를 형성할 수 있고, 창틀 베이스 프레임의 규격화를 통해 일정한 규격의 창틀 구조물을 조립식 건축물에 제공할 수 있도록 하는 조립식 건축물의 창틀 구조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 조립식 건축물의 창틀 구조는, 서로 마주하는 동시에 간격을 유지하며 배치되어 사이에 단열재 설치공간을 형성하는 동시에 창문 형성용 개방부가 서로 마주하도록 각각 형성되는 한쌍의 패널, 폭 방향의 양단이 상기 패널들에 각각 결합되어 상기 단열재 설치공간의 둘레를 따라 설치되는 벽체 테두리 프레임, 폭 방향의 양단이 상기 패널들의 상기 개방부들 둘레를 따라 각각 결합되는 창틀 베이스 프레임, 상기 단열재 설치공간 중 상기 개방부를 제외한 나머지 영역들에 설치되는 단열재를 포함하는 단위 패널모듈과, 상기 단열재 설치공간을 기준으로 상기 창틀 베이스 프레임의 바깥쪽에 위치하도록 상기 창틀 베이스 플레임에 결합되는 창틀 플레이트를 포함하여 구성된다.
