According to the fabricated beam-slab structure and the construction method thereof, in the aspect of safety, a reserved lap joint face of a protective layer on the upper portion of a prefabricated beam is enlarged through quasi-rectangular stirrups, a worker does not need to conduct climbing operation on site to erect a full framing body, the construction risk of climbing operation is reduced, and the working procedure of site construction is simplified; in the aspect of construction progress, the working procedure of erecting a full framing body, which is labor-consuming and material-consuming, is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated; and in the aspect of engineering construction cost, the floor support plate or the closed plate is directly lapped on the precast beam, and is reinforced by welding, so that the workload of a full framing body is avoided, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The problem that a traditional precast beam cannot be directly overlapped with a laminated floor support plate is solved.
本发明公开了一种装配式梁板结构及其施工方法,在安全方面,通过类矩形的箍筋加大预制梁的上部的保护层预留搭接面,无需现场工人登高作业搭设满堂架体,减少了登高作业的施工风险,简化了现场施工的工序;在施工进度方面,减少了满堂架体搭设这一道费工费料的工序,提高了施工进度;在工程施工成本方面,将楼承板或闭口板直接搭接在预制梁上,利用焊接加固,又避免了满堂架体工作量,大大缩小了生产成本。本发明解决了传统的预制梁无法直接搭接叠合楼承板的问题。
