The invention discloses a construction method of an underpinning beam in pile foundation underpinning construction. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a groove is formed in the outer side face of a pile foundation to be underpinned and a plurality of connecting steel bars are implanted, then a steel bar framework connected with the connecting steel bars is formed by binding on the periphery of the pile foundation to be underpinned and a formwork is erected; and finally, concrete is poured and cured to obtain an underpinning beam. By the adoption of the construction method, the combination degree and the connection strength of the underpinning beam and the pile foundation to be underpinned can be improved, and the overall structural strength and the stress performance after the underpinning beam and the pile foundation to be underpinned are connected are improved.
