The invention relates to an anti-collision road roller which comprises a vehicle body, a frame connected to the vehicle body and a compaction steel wheel arranged in the frame, and the vehicle body is provided with a detection mechanism for detecting whether an obstacle exists in the advancing direction or not. The detection mechanism comprises distance sensors arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vehicle body and a controller used for controlling vehicle braking, the controller is electrically connected with the distance sensors, and the controller is electrically connected with a brake and a storage battery of the vehicle. When a constructor appears in front of the press machine, the distance sensor detects the constructor and transmits a detection signal to the controller, the controller outputs a control signal to the brake of the vehicle body, and the brake controls the vehicle body to brake, so that the road roller can automatically stop and cannot directly collide with the constructor; therefore, the use process of the road roller is safer.
