The invention relates to a road anti-collision guardrail which comprises two stand columns and a cross beam arranged between the two stand columns, a plurality of anti-collision rods are further vertically arranged between the two stand columns, intervals are reserved between the anti-collision rods, and each anti-collision rod comprises a middle vertical rod and an anti-collision layer arranged on the outer ring of the vertical rod in a wrapping mode; connecting reinforcing rods are arranged between the multiple anti-collision rods, a balancing weight is further arranged between the two standcolumns, the balancing weight is located between the lower portions of the two stand columns, and the balancing weight is located at the bottom ends of the anti-collision rods. Through the anti-collision layers made of an energy absorption material and arranged on the anti-collision rods, the force during automobile collision is greatly buffered, and damage of automobile collision to the guardrail is reduced; meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the connecting reinforcing rods between the adjacent anti-collision rods, the overall structure of the guardrail is greatly improved, and the servicelife is greatly prolonged; the guardrail is detachably arranged on a base, so that the guardrail is more convenient and faster to maintain, and the convenience and safety of maintenance are improved.
