The invention discloses a prefabricated hollow pier and bearing platform inner tenon connecting structure and a construction method. The prefabricated hollow pier and bearing platform inner tenon connecting structure comprises a bearing platform and a prefabricated hollow pier stand column. A round hole is formed in the prefabricated hollow pier stand column, and high-strength toughness concrete is adopted for local reinforcement between the lower end and the bearing platform and between the outer side wall close to the lower end and the bearing platform. The bearing platform is provided with prefabricated inner tenons corresponding to the prefabricated hollow pier stand columns. The prefabricated inner tenon is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the diameter of the upper end and the diameter of the lower end of the prefabricated inner tenon are both 10-15 cm smaller than the inner diameter of the circular hole, so that a pouring crack is formed between the outer side wall and the circular hole; and each pouring crack is filled with fine stone self-compacting concrete in a pressure-equalizing manner. During construction, bottom steel bars of the prefabricated inner tenons are bound with steel bars of the bearing platform, and then the bearing platform is poured to be fixed to the prefabricated inner tenons; and after the hollow pier stand column is prefabricated in place, fine stone self-compacting concrete is pressed and poured into the pouring crack for fixing. It can be ensured that the structure has good post-earthquake self-resetting performance and connection use performance, and rapid repair of the connection structure can be achieved through re-grouting.
本发明公开了预制空心墩与承台内榫连接结构及施工方法,包括承台和预制空心墩立柱;预制空心墩立柱内部设有圆孔,下端及靠近下端的外侧壁与承台之间采用高强韧性混凝土进行局部加强;承台对应每一预制空心墩立柱均设有预制内榫;预制内榫的外形为圆台形,且上端的直径和下端的直径均比圆孔的内径小10至15厘米,使外侧壁与圆孔之间形成灌缝;每一灌缝内均压灌细石自密实混凝土。施工时,将预制内榫的底部钢筋与承台的钢筋绑扎,然后浇筑承台与预制内榫固定;就位预制空心墩立柱后,在灌缝内压灌细石自密实混凝土进行固定。本发明能够能够确保结构具有良好的震后自复位性能及连接使用性能,并可通过再次注浆实现连接构造的快速修复。
