The invention provides a hydraulic creeping formwork construction method for a tower column of a circular-arch-shaped single-tower cable-stayed bridge. The hydraulic creeping formwork construction method comprises the following steps that S1, foundation segments are divided; s2, the nth foundation section is poured; s3, the (n + 1) th basic section is poured; s4, demolding the (n + 1) th basic section, driving the climbing operation platform to climb to the (n + 1) th basic section by using power of the hydraulic system, and then driving the template to approach the tower column; s5, the (n + 2) th foundation section is poured; repeatedly demolding and lifting the climbing operation platform on the (n + 2) th foundation section, and sequentially completing the pouring of the (n + 2 + m) th foundation section; wherein the formwork is kept to be gradually inclined along with the change of the inclination rate of the tower column, and the climbing operation platform is kept to be in a horizontal state all the time. The technical problems that in the prior art, the inclination degree of a formwork system cannot be accurately controlled, and changes of the axis and the section of a tower column of a formwork cannot be adapted are solved.
