The invention provides a cable-stayed bridge creeping formwork mounting and climbing method, the creeping formwork mounting and climbing method is used for creeping formwork construction of a bridge main tower with an inclined structure, and the creeping formwork mounting and climbing method comprises the following steps: step 1, directly assembling a first section of concrete formwork on a base of the main tower; 2, a triangular hanging frame is manufactured, the triangular hanging frame is used as a second section of concrete operation platform, a formwork is assembled on the second section of concrete operation platform, a second section of concrete is poured, and a climbing cone embedded part is pre-embedded in the second section of concrete; 3, a climbing device is installed on a climbing cone embedded part pre-embedded in the second section of concrete, and the climbing device is used for ascending displacement movement of a guide rail or a bearing tripod; 4, the formwork in the previous step is moved backwards, the climbing equipment climbs upwards along the guide rail, and after the climbing equipment climbs in place, the formwork is closed, and the next section of concrete is poured; the step is repeated until formwork climbing cannot be continued; and 5, according to the main tower structure, main tower creeping formwork construction is completed.
