The invention provides a drainage reinforcement treatment method for a soft soil foundation layer, which comprises the following steps of: performing underground enclosure on a stratum with better water permeability through high-pressure jet grouting, and then applying a load on the ground to promote water in the soft clay stratum to flow to a vertical drainage channel which is arranged in advance; water in the vertical drainage channel is collected into the stratum with good water permeability under the action of gravity, and finally the water is pumped out of the stratum with good water permeability through the water pumping pipe. Through the jet grouting pile underground enclosure structure, a high-permeability stratum can be isolated from surrounding underground water, the water content of the high-permeability stratum is reduced, then drainage of soil within a certain range adjacent to the low-permeability stratum is accelerated, the strength of the deep part of the low-permeability stratum is directly enhanced, and the construction efficiency is improved. Water discharged through consolidation is collected to the lower permeable layer along the vertical drainage channel through a lower water pumping method and then pumped out through the water pump in a unified mode, and the problems that the consolidation drainage flow of the low-permeability stratum is generally small, and the direct pumping efficiency is poor are solved.
