The invention provides a soft soil foundation reinforcement and drainage process which comprises the steps that a soft foundation treatment area is leveled, woven geotextile, moso and geogrids are laid on the surface layer of dredger fill, and the geotextile serves as a construction cushion layer for foundation treatment; paving a medium-coarse sand layer on the geotextile in the soft foundation treatment area; plastic drainage plates are inserted, and clay sealing walls are erected; a horizontal drainage pipe network is arranged in the medium-coarse sand cushion layer; after the film pressing ditches are dug, a layer of geotechnical cloth and three layers of sealing films are laid on the film pressing ditches; a vacuumizing drainage device is installed, the vacuumizing device is connected with a drainage pipe network main pipe, and air exhaust and vacuum preloading are carried out. The vacuumizing drainage device can effectively improve the vacuumizing efficiency, realizes water-vapor separation and continuous drainage in a high-vacuum state under the action of gravity, and is efficient and energy-saving. The drainage plates are in square combined insertion arrangement of long and short plates, so that the combination of the drainage plates and soil layer pores is facilitated, and the drainage effect is better; the sealing film structure layer is formed by clamping three layers of sealing films between two layers of geotechnical cloth, and effective sealing can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种软土地基加固排水工艺,包括:平整软基处理区域,在吹填土表层铺编织土工布、荆芭、土工格栅、土工布作为地基处理的施工垫层;在软基处理区域土工布上铺设中粗砂层;插设塑料排水板、搭设黏土密封墙;在中粗砂垫层中布置水平排水管网;压膜沟挖设完成后,上铺一层土工布、三层密封膜;安装抽真空排水装置,将抽真空装置与排水管网主管相连,进行抽气、真空预压。抽真空排水装置可以有效提高抽真空效率,在高真空状态及重力作用下实现水汽分离、连续排水、高效节能。排水板为长短板正方型组合插设布置,利于排水板与土层孔隙相结合,排水效果更好;密封膜结构层为两层土工布夹三层密封膜形式,能够进行有效密封。
