Impermeable and waterproof underground diaphragm wall construction method
The invention belongs to the technical field of underground diaphragm wall construction, and particularly relates to an impervious and waterproof underground diaphragm wall construction method which comprises the following steps: forming a channel: forming the channel at a preset position of the earth surface and filling a cementing material; anti-seepage protection of the prefabricated pile wall is conducted, specifically, a waterproof coiled material is laid on one side wall in the thickness direction of the prefabricated pile wall, and the waterproof coiled material is provided with at least one transverse splicing side flatly extending out of the end of the prefabricated pile wall; before the cementing material is not solidified, a prefabricated pile wall is inserted into the canal, the waterproof coiled material faces the upstream side, every two vertically adjacent prefabricated pile walls are spliced through a mechanical connector to form a prefabricated pile wall, and the waterproof coiled material is adopted on the upstream side to shield a transverse splicing seam; and after the prefabricated pile wall of the previous pile position is vertically spliced, the pile planting vertical splicing step is repeated at the transversely adjacent next pile position, and the transverse splicing side is adopted to shield the vertical splicing seam. The method has the advantage that the formed underground diaphragm wall is good in anti-seepage and waterproof effects.
本发明属于地下连续墙施工技术领域,尤其涉及抗渗防水的地下连续墙施工方法,包括成渠:在地表预定位置开渠并填充胶凝材料;预制桩墙抗渗防护:在预制桩墙厚度方向上的一侧壁铺设防水卷材,且使得防水卷材具有至少一个平展延伸出所述预制桩墙端部的横向拼接侧;植桩竖向拼接:在胶凝材料尚未固结前,向渠内插设预制桩墙,且使得防水卷材朝向迎水侧,竖向相邻的两节预制桩墙采用机械接头拼接形成一幅预制桩墙,且在迎水侧采用防水卷材遮蔽横向拼接缝;植桩横向拼接步骤:前一桩位的预制桩墙竖向拼接后,在横向相邻的后一桩位重复植桩竖向拼接步骤,且采用所述横向拼接侧遮蔽竖向拼接缝。本发明具有形成的地下连续墙抗渗防水效果好的优点。
