Dewatering well construction device
The invention discloses a dewatering well construction device which comprises an outer pipe, a drill bit, an embedded dewatering well, a rotating core and a fixing rod. A first rotary digging blade is fixed on the inner side wall of the outer pipe; the drill bit is detachably fixed at the lower end of the outer pipe; the embedded dewatering well comprises an inner pipe, and the inner pipe is coaxially arranged in the outer pipe; the rotating core is coaxially arranged in the inner pipe, and the lower end of the rotating core is detachably connected with the drill bit. The device has the beneficial effects that during construction, the driving device drives the rotating core to rotate, the rotating core drives the drill bit to rotate to break soil, dug soil moves upwards along a gap between the inner pipe and the outer pipe and is discharged to the ground, the inner pipe continuously descends along with the drill bit, after the inner pipe reaches a designated position, the fixing rod is pulled away, and then connection between the lower end of the rotating core and the drill bit is loosened; and the outer pipe is taken out, and the inner pipe is reserved as the dewatering well, so that main body construction of the dewatering well is completed. In the process, tower crane auxiliary construction is not needed, and labor input is reduced.
本发明公开了一种降水井施工装置,包括外管、钻头、内嵌式降水井、转芯及固定杆;所述外管的内侧壁上固定有第一旋挖刀片;所述钻头可拆卸固定于所述外管的下端;所述内嵌式降水井包括内管,所述内管同轴内置于所述外管内;所述转芯同轴内置于所述内管内,所述转芯的下端与所述钻头可拆卸连接。本发明的有益效果是:在施工时,通过驱动装置带动转芯转动,转芯带动钻头旋转而破土,挖出的泥土顺着内管和外管之间空隙向上移动并排出到地面,内管跟随钻头不断下降,达到指定位置后,抽离固定杆,再松开转芯的下端与钻头的连接,并取出外管,而内管则保留作为降水井,从而完成了降水井的主体施工。此过程中不需要塔吊辅助施工,减少人工投入。
