Building infilled wall and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building infilled walls, in particular to a building infilled wall and a preparation method thereof. The building infilled wall comprises an infilled wall body, the filling wall body comprises a prefabricated wall body and a damping connecting assembly which are connected with each other; a plurality of connecting grooves are concavely formed in the upper edge and one side edge of the prefabricated wall body; the lower edge and/or the other side edge can be connected with at least one damping connecting assembly; the damping connecting assemblies can be clamped in the connecting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The building infilled wall is ingenious in structural design and easy to assemble, can meet various infilled wall body sizes, saves cost and has an excellent damping effect. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) calculating the required number of prefabricated walls according to the size of the filling wall; (2) a damping connecting assembly is installed on the prefabricated wall body; and the damping connecting assemblies are clamped into the connecting grooves of the adjacent prefabricated wall bodies in a one-to-one correspondence mode till manufacturing of the whole filling wall body is completed. The preparation method is simple, easy to operate and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明涉及建筑填充墙技术领域,涉及一种建筑填充墙及其制备方法。该建筑填充墙包括填充墙体;填充墙体包括相互连接的预制墙体和减震连接组件;预制墙体的上边沿和其中一个侧边沿均凹设有多个连接槽;下边沿和/或另一个侧边沿可连接有至少一个减震连接组件;减震连接组件一一对应地可卡接于连接槽中。该建筑填充墙结构设计巧妙,组装简单,可满足多种填充墙体尺寸,节约成本且兼具优异的减震效果。该制备方法包括(1)根据填充墙体的尺寸计算出所需数量的预制墙体;(2)将预制墙体安装减震连接组件;将减震连接组件一一对应地卡接于相邻的预制墙体的连接槽中,直至完成整块填充墙体的制作。该制备方法简单,操作容易,适用于规模化生产。
