Preparation method of infilled wall component
The invention discloses a preparation method of an infilled wall component, and relates to the field of concrete. The preparation method comprises the steps that a prefabricated mold is erected according to a specification and a size required by a building construction drawing, specially-made mortar is injected into the prefabricated mold, a connecting steel bar is placed on one side, light filler is added, a pre-embedded wire box and a pre-embedded wire pipe which are well installed are placed on the top of the light filler, the light filler is continuously added, the special mortar is injected, pouring is conducted, through holes of the pre-embedded wire box and the pre-embedded wire pipe are reserved, and maintenance is conducted, so the filler wall component is obtained. The method overcomes the problems that a large amount of dust is generated on a construction site, noise is loud and a large amount of construction waste is generated due to the facts that a product is shaped, a single plate is heavy in weight and needs to be slotted together with a traditional masonry structure to pre-embed pipelines after being installed. The pipeline in the design is pre-buried in the component during production, a door frame and a door beam are subjected to reinforcement treatment, good integrity is achieved, grooving, pipeline pre-burying, painting and leveling are not needed after installation is completed, the mechanization degree of a construction site is high, and quality is better guaranteed.
