The water outlet runner comprises a spiral part and a straight flow part which are sequentially communicated, an inlet of the impeller is communicated with the water outlet cavity, an outlet of the impeller is communicated with the spiral part, the straight flow part is connected with a water outlet and deflects towards the outer side of the spiral direction of the spiral part, and a steering stress part is formed at the junction of the straight flow part and the spiral part; the water outlet leads to the outside of the shell and is opposite to the advancing direction of the walking device.
