The invention relates to the field of putty powder production, in particular to anti-crack and anti-seepage putty powder and a production process thereof. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, adding a plurality of raw materials on a grinding plate for grinding in batches; 2, after grinding, a grinding plate is driven to incline for discharging; 3, mixing the ground raw materials in a mixing barrel to complete production of the putty powder; and 4, after uniform mixing, the putty powder is pushed through a rotating screw rod to be discharged. In the first step, the grinding plate is in reciprocating sliding fit with an upper grinding plate capable of sliding up and down to grind raw materials. In the first step, when raw materials are ground, a grinding plate is knocked through ascending and descending of a plurality of knocking wheels to prevent the materials from being attached. Raw materials can be quickly and uniformly ground, and putty powder can be quickly produced.
