Fabricated rock plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated rock plate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out sand blasting treatment on the back surface of the rock plate; (2) the back face of the rock plate subjected to sand blasting treatment is coated with an adhesive; (3) the rock plate with the side coated with the adhesive is attached to a base material, and then the rock plate and the base material are preliminarily bonded in a local jacking mode; (4) performing whole-surface static pressure on the rock plate and the base material which are primarily bonded to obtain a primary finished product; and (5) processing the primary finished product to obtain an assembled rock plate finished product. By implementing the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the rock plate can be effectively bonded with various different base materials, the bonding performance is good, an ideal flame-retardant effect is achieved, the rock plate is easy to process, and the application range of the rock plate is enlarged.
本发明公开了一种装配式岩板及其制备方法，其制备方法包括以下步骤：(1)对岩板的背面进行喷砂处理；(2)在经过喷砂处理的岩板的背面涂覆粘接剂；(3)将涂覆有粘接剂一面的岩板与基材贴合，然后通过局部顶压方式使岩板和基材初步粘合；(4)将初步粘合后的岩板和基材进行整面静压，得到初成品；(5)将所述初成品进行加工处理，得到装配式岩板成品。实施本发明，可以使得岩板能有效粘接多种不同的基材，粘接性能好，具有理想的阻燃效果，使得岩板容易加工，增加了岩板的应用面。
