The invention provides a novel wood-plastic door plate. The novel wood-plastic door plate comprises a metal alloy layer and a wood-plastic layer wrapping the metal alloy layer. Wherein the wood-plastic layer is prepared from the following raw materials: HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), wood flour, a compatilizer, white mineral oil, nanoscale calcium carbonate, an antioxidant, an anti-aging agent, SiO2, kaolin and a flame retardant; the metal alloy layer comprises the following raw materials: C, Ni, Mo, Nb, Mn, Si, B, S, W, Zr and Fe. The invention also provides a preparation method of the wood-plastic door plate. The composite material has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good toughness and good fire resistance.
