Sintering process red mud carbonized artificial aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial aggregates, and particularly relates to a sintered red mud carbonized artificial aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the sintered red mud carbonized artificial aggregate comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly stirring sintered red mud and water to obtain a mixture; (2) granulating the mixture to obtain an aggregate green body; (3) pre-curing the aggregate green body until the water content is 19%-21%; and (4) introducing CO2-containing gas into the aggregate blank obtained by pre-curing in the step (3), and carrying out carbonization reaction, thereby obtaining the sintered red mud carbonized artificial aggregate after the carbonization reaction is finished. The sintered red mud carbonized artificial aggregate disclosed by the invention meets various performance requirements on aggregate in the standard GB/T 17431.1-2010, and can replace natural aggregate such as sand, stone and the like to be used as a raw material of concrete.
本发明属于人造骨料技术领域,具体涉及一种烧结法赤泥碳化人造骨料及其制备方法。本发明的烧结法赤泥碳化人造骨料的制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)将烧结法赤泥和水搅拌均匀得到混合料;(2)对所述混合料进行造粒,得到骨料坯体;(3)对所述骨料坯体进行预养护至含水率为19%‑21%;(4)向经步骤(3)预养护得到的骨料坯体通入含有CO2的气体进行碳化反应,碳化反应结束后即得所述烧结法赤泥碳化人造骨料。本发明的烧结法赤泥碳化人造骨料符合标准GB/T 17431.1‑2010中对骨料的各种性能要求,能够替代天然骨料如砂、石等作为混凝土的原料使用。
