Carbonized recycled coarse aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses carbonized recycled coarse aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the carbonized recycled coarse aggregate concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 300 to 380 parts of cement, 800 to 920 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 600 to 820 parts of fine aggregate, 80 to 160 parts of lightweight aggregate, 40 to 92 parts of reinforced fiber, 6.2 to 10.6 parts of water reducing agent and 100 to 132 parts of water; wherein the modified recycled coarse aggregate is obtained by carbonizing recycled coarse aggregate and then modifying the carbonized recycled coarse aggregate with a modification liquid, the modification liquid comprises modified epoxy resin, and the modified epoxy resin is obtained by grafting epoxy resin with silicon dioxide. According to the carbonized recycled coarse aggregate concrete prepared in the invention, natural coarse aggregate is completely replaced by the carbonized recycled coarse aggregate, carbon emission is reduced, exploitation of the natural coarse aggregate is reduced, and the carbonized recycled coarse aggregate concrete is an environment-friendly and high-performance building material.
