The mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1-7 parts of an anti-mildew waterproof component, 100 parts of beta type building phosphogypsum, 1-4 parts of a retarding water reducing agent, 0.05-0.2 part of a water-retaining agent, 10-20 parts of close packing aggregate, 1-30 parts of composite powder and 25-50 parts of water, the water-resistant self-leveling mortar is prepared by taking beta-type building phosphogypsum as a main raw material, and the water resistance of the phosphogypsum is effectively improved through the synergistic effect of the waterproof component and the composite powder; the high flowability and high strength of the self-leveling gypsum mortar are ensured through the grading technology of the retarding type water reducing agent and the sand in the close packing aggregate; the softening coefficient of the mortar is 0.85 or above, the saturated water absorption rate is 6% or below, the compression/breaking strength is 25-45/6-14 MPa, and the mortar is low in shrinkage, easy and convenient to operate and high in construction efficiency.
