The invention discloses a heat-resistant and wear-resistant polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite sheet and a preparation method, and relates to the field of superhard composites.The heat-resistant and wear-resistant polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite sheet is prepared from, by mass, 0.05-3% of a heat-resistant binding agent, 3-6% of a metal binding agent, 10-60% of a ceramic binding agent and the balance cubic boron nitride micro-powder.According to the heat-resistant and wear-resistant polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite sheet, the metal binding agent is low in melting point and is in a liquid state at high temperature and high pressure; gaps of cubic boron nitride can be effectively filled, and the material density is improved; the ceramic material is high in melting point, strong in inertia and high in hardness, so that the material can keep relatively high hardness and wear resistance; the added heat-resistant binding agents tantalum carbide and niobium carbide can reduce heat abrasion caused by cutting heat, abrasion of the rear tool face is relieved when the tool machines a workpiece along with improvement of the heat resistance of the binding agents, tipping or damage caused by abrasion of the front tool face can also be restrained, meanwhile, the effects of restraining grain growth and enhancing structure uniformity can be achieved, and the service life of the tool is prolonged. The interface stress between the cubic boron nitride layer and the hard alloy layer is reduced, and the layering and cracking problems occurring in the machining process are avoided.
一种耐热磨损聚晶立方氮化硼复合片及制备方法,涉及超硬复合材料领域,包括按质量百分比计:耐热结合剂0.05~3%、金属结合剂3~6%、陶瓷结合剂10~60%,其余为立方氮化硼微粉,本发明中金属结合剂熔点低,在高温高压下呈液态,可以有效填充立方氮化硼间隙,提高材料密度;陶瓷材料熔点高、惰性强、硬度高,可以使材料保持较高的硬度和耐磨性;添加的耐热结合剂碳化钽、碳化铌可减小切削热引起的热磨损,随着结合剂耐热性的提高,刀具在加工工件时后刀面磨损减缓,亦可抑制前刀面磨损引起的崩刃或破损,同时可以起到抑制晶粒长大,增强组织均匀性的作用,减小立方氮化硼层与硬质合金层之间的界面应力,避免了加工过程中出现的分层及裂纹问题。
