The heat-resistant and wear-resistant polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite blade comprises a substrate layer, a reinforcing layer and a wear-resistant coating, the reinforcing layer is located between the substrate layer and the wear-resistant coating, and the substrate layer is prepared from, by weight, 80-95 parts of cubic boron nitride, 10-20 parts of a metal binding agent and 3-5 parts of an organic binding agent. The reinforcing layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of carbon nanotubes and 5-10 parts of carbon fibers; the surface of the cubic boron nitride is coated with a layer of nano silicon dioxide particles. According to the prepared heat-abrasion-resistant polycrystalline cubic boron nitride composite blade, through mutual cooperation of multiple layers of structures, the strength and abrasion resistance of the blade are improved, and the abrasion phenomenon generated by cutting of the composite blade at the high temperature is reduced.
