The invention discloses a light material treatment construction method for a viaduct head roadbed. The light material treatment construction method comprises the following steps that S1, light materials are selected, wherein light soil foam with the density being 30-50 Kg/m < 3 > and the foaming ratio being 800-1200 is selected; s2, preparation of cement slurry: stirring water and cement to obtain slurry; s3, mixing of the light material and the cement paste, wherein the light material and the pressurized cement paste are mixed, and parameters of the light material and the pressurized cement paste are adjusted in the construction process; s4, formworks are installed, specifically, the formworks are sequentially installed and disassembled in a layered mode according to a construction cross-section diagram and a foam light soil extension roadbed design list; and S5, pouring construction is conducted, specifically, layered pouring is adopted, and when the area exceeds a preset numerical value, block pouring needs to be adopted. According to the method, bump at the bridgehead is prevented, and the bridgehead guide roadbed is treated with foam light soil.
