The invention discloses a roadbed block and a roadbed construction method.The roadbed block comprises a solid waste discrete structure and a light plate which are overlapped, the roadbed block is of an overlapped structure, building solid waste is utilized as a main material nearby to be rolled into a traditional soft discrete material to serve as the solid waste discrete structure on the upper portion of the roadbed block, and the material cost is reduced; the prefabricated roadbed block has high cohesive force and a relatively low internal friction angle, so that the prefabricated roadbed block becomes a flexible block which can maintain the overall shape and has certain deformability, and a light plate is arranged at the lower part of the roadbed block, so that the dosage ratio of a hard material is reduced, the adverse effect of using a high-strength structural block is overcome, and the cost is effectively reduced; the bending resistance of the bottom of the roadbed block is improved through the light plate with certain strength, meanwhile, the roadbed block is more convenient to hoist, the hoisting process is more stable, and the problem that the prefabricated roadbed block prepared from a soft discrete material is easy to disintegrate and scatter due to self-weight load in the hoisting process is solved.
本发明公开了一种路基块及路基施工方法,路基块包括相叠合的固废散体结构和轻质板,路基块为叠合结构,就近利用建筑固废作为主要材料碾压成为传统的软性散体材料作为路基块上部的固废散体结构,降低材料成本,其具有高黏聚力和相对低的内摩擦角,使预制路基块成为能够维持总体形状,又具有一定变形能力的柔性块,路基块下部设置轻质板,降低了硬质材料用量占比,克服了使用高强结构块的不利影响,有效降低成本,通过具有一定强度的轻质板提高路基块底部抗弯性能同时使路基块更便于吊装,且吊装过程更为稳定,解决了使用软性散体材料制备的预制路基块在吊装过程中受自重荷载易解体、散落的问题。
