A weighing plate is mounted on the inner side of the sliding groove in an embedded mode, a weighing sensor is mounted on the bottom wall of the slag storage box, a fixing plate is mounted on the outer side of the device body, an air cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the fixing plate, a connecting column is mounted at the output end of the air cylinder, and a tamping plate is mounted at the outer end of the connecting column.
