Construction method for wet joint of PC prefabricated bridge deck slab of overpass expressway
A construction method for a wet joint of a PC prefabricated bridge deck slab of an overpass expressway comprises the steps that a base is manufactured, and supporting columns, longitudinal beams and distribution beams of the base are fixed to form an integral steel frame pedestal; paving a bottom die on the top of the base, and connecting and fixing the wet joint side die with the chamfer, the flange plate side die and the bottom die; after the formwork is installed, steel bars are installed, and then concrete pouring is conducted; after pouring is completed, the wet joint side formworks with the chamfers and the flange plate side formworks are dismantled, and a PC bridge deck slab is prefabricated and formed; the prefabricated and formed PC bridge deck slabs are hoisted to an operation area, and wet joint steel bars are installed at the notch gap positions formed by the ends of every two adjacent PC bridge deck slabs which are spliced in order; and the chamfering part of the PC bridge deck slab is subjected to chiseling treatment, and then a wet joint is directly poured. The prefabricated concrete part with the chamfering part of the PC bridge deck slab is used for replacing a traditional hanging formwork, so that the construction procedures of hanging formwork mounting and dismounting, protective shed erecting and the like are omitted, the construction cost is saved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the safety risk is reduced.
一种上跨高速公路PC预制桥面板湿接缝施工方法,该方法包括:制作基座,基座的支撑柱、纵梁、分配梁之间固定形成整体式钢架台座;在基座顶部铺装底模,再将带倒角的湿接缝侧模、翼缘板侧模与底模连接固定;模板安装完成后安装钢筋,然后进行混凝土浇筑;浇筑完成后拆除带倒角的湿接缝侧模、翼缘板侧模,预制形成PC桥面板;吊装预制成型后的PC桥面板至作业区域,拼对整齐的相邻的两块PC桥面板的端部形成的凹口缝隙位置安装湿接缝钢筋;将PC桥面板倒角部位凿毛处理后直接浇筑湿接缝。利用PC桥面板带倒角部分的预制砼部位代替传统的吊模,节约吊模安装及拆除、防护棚搭设等施工工序,节约了施工成本,提高了施工效率,且降低了安全风险。
