The invention relates to a cast-in-place concrete main arch ring triangular steel arch frame formwork system which comprises an arch foot anchoring system, an arch foot fixing type steel frame, a hanging basket suspended pouring system, a main arch ring adjustable arch frame and a cast-in-place support system. Comprising the steps of pier body construction, double-column foundation and short-column foundation construction, cast-in-place support system erection, arch foot anchoring system construction, arch foot fixing type steel frame construction, arch ring adjustable arch frame construction, hanging basket installation, water tank pre-pressing system construction and main arch ring concrete pouring. The method has the beneficial effects that one end of the steel arch frame is supported through the arch foot anchoring system; the other end of the steel arch frame is supported by the arch foot fixing type steel frame; the hanging basket suspended pouring system can be used for sliding supporting of the steel arch frame, and the concrete arch ring pouring construction efficiency of formwork supporting is greatly improved; the steel arch frame with the adjustable main arch ring can be suitable for construction of an arch axis within a certain range; the lower portion of the cast-in-place full framing is supported through bailey beams and short stand columns.
