The invention discloses a simply supported and continuous bridge temporary support, and relates to the field of bridge support equipment, the simply supported and continuous bridge temporary support comprises a base, the upper surface of the base is provided with a protective support cylinder, the surface of the protective support cylinder is provided with a strength plate, and the inner wall of the protective support cylinder is slidably connected with a moving cylinder; a plurality of first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the surface of the protective supporting cylinder, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs are arranged on the surface of the moving cylinder, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the upper surface of the base, and a positioning and dismounting mechanism is rotationally connected to the inner bottom wall of the base. By arranging the protection supporting cylinder, the stability of movement of the movement cylinder is kept, the overall strength of the structure is enhanced by arranging the second reinforcing ribs and the first reinforcing ribs, the threaded holes are formed, the fixing screws in the threaded holes can keep overall positioning and fixing of the base, and by means of the structure, the height of temporary supporting is adjusted; and meanwhile, the positioning column can be disassembled conveniently after the pier is completed.
