The invention provides a telescopic flexible precise throwing device and a using method thereof. The telescopic flexible precise throwing device comprises a throwing sleeve, a fixed base, a movable base with a throwing opening, a conveying assembly and a lifting assembly. The movable base is movably installed on the fixed base. The conveying assembly is arranged on the movable base; the lifting assembly is arranged at the throwing opening of the movable base; the throwing sleeves are sequentially connected in a sleeved mode through the lifting assembly to form a gravel throwing channel. The using method comprises the steps that the throwing opening of the movable base is moved to the position above a preset target position; the throwing sleeve is conveyed to the throwing opening position, and the throwing sleeve is lowered by a preset distance from the throwing opening position; the previous step is repeated until the gravel throwing channel meets the preset height requirement; and the broken stones are conveyed to the throwing opening position and thrown to the preset target position through the broken stone throwing channel. The gravel throwing device has the advantages that gravel is accurately and effectively thrown, the throwing efficiency is high, and the cost is saved.
