The invention discloses an underground cable laying and burying vehicle. The underground cable laying and burying vehicle comprises a vehicle body, wherein a driving cavity is formed in the vehicle body; a motor is fixedly arranged on the top wall of the driving cavity; a driving shaft which penetrates through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the motor is in power connection in the motor; a driving belt pulley is fixedly arranged on the driving shaft; and two limiting blocks are fixedly arranged between the front end wall and the rear end wall of the driving cavity. The vehicle only needs to be placed on the ground where a line is to be laid, a device is started, soil is dug out of a cable pit through a soil loosening wheel on the right side, the soil is loosened, then the loosened soil is shoveled into the device through a soil shoveling wheel, a cable extends into the cable pit through a wire guiding block, finally, the soil is poured out through a soil dischargingcavity by a conveying belt, the cable pit is buried and compacted, three kinds of work are completed synchronously, therefore, the working period is shortened, and the risk of the cable pit is also reduced.
