A submarine cable laying construction isolation device with a protection function disclosed by the present invention comprises a crack flaw detection detector and a communication sleeve, a submarine cable main body is arranged at the left side of the crack flaw detection detector in a penetrating manner, a driving adjustment mechanism is arranged at the top of the crack flaw detection detector, and the driving adjustment mechanism comprises a trapezoidal sealing shell. The bottom of the trapezoidal sealing shell is welded to the top of the crack flaw detection detector, a desilting mechanism is arranged in an inner cavity of the trapezoidal sealing shell and comprises a sludge pump, and the bottom of the sludge pump is connected with the bottom of the inner cavity of the trapezoidal sealing shell through bolts. Through cooperation of the front communicating pipe, the rear communicating pipe, the liquid feeding pipe, the silt discharging pipe, the sewage discharging hole, the communicating vertical pipe, the three-way pipe and the sludge pump, silt generated in the grooving process can be pumped out and discharged to the two sides of equipment, and therefore the situation that the grooving efficiency of the equipment is affected by silt accumulation is avoided.
