The rain grate comprises a rain grate base, a rain grate cover and an adjusting base, the adjusting base and the rain grate base are both in a frame shape, the lower side of the rain grate base is inserted into the adjusting base, the rain grate cover is installed on the upper side of the rain grate base, the rain grate base comprises an adjusting section, a supporting section, an embedding section and a bearing section, and the adjusting section is connected with the supporting section. The lower side edge of the rain grate cover is placed on the upper side of the supporting section. Through cooperation of the adjusting section at the lower end of the rain grate seat and the adjusting seat, the rain grate is large in adjusting range, can be suitable for installation of catch basins with different fall heights, and is convenient to install. The upper side of the rain grate seat is provided with the bearing section which extends outwards, and the bearing section plays a role in supporting and bearing and is used for bearing most of loads, so that the loads from the upper part are effectively and uniformly dispersed to a road structure layer, the loads borne by a catch basin are reduced, and the sedimentation of the rain grate is effectively controlled.
