The invention belongs to the technical field of house building engineering, and particularly relates to a prefabricated toilet caisson which comprises a caisson body. A cavity is formed in the caisson body; the side wall of the caisson body is slidably connected with a positioning rod; a pair of positioning rods are arranged and are symmetrically arranged; the end, located in the cavity, of the positioning rod is hinged to a hinge rod. A connecting rod is hinged to the end part of the hinge rod; the connecting rod is positioned between the pair of hinge rods; the bottom of the caisson body is fixedly connected with a supporting rod. A pair of supporting rods is arranged, the positioning rods are inserted into concave holes formed in a construction wall in advance, the position of the caisson body can be fixed through the positioning rods, meanwhile, the supporting rods are arranged at the bottom of the caisson body, and left-right shaking possibly generated when the caisson body is placed can be reduced; and the position of the caisson body can be further fixed, and shaking of the caisson body generated during follow-up installation is reduced.
