The prefabricated concrete sandwich floor slab comprises an upper flange plate, a lower flange plate and a lower flange plate, the lower flange plate and the upper flange plate are oppositely arranged at an interval; the ribbed beams comprise middle ribbed beams and side ribbed beams, the end of the upper flange plate and the end of the lower flange plate are integrally poured and connected through the side ribbed beams, and the middle of the upper flange plate and the middle of the lower flange plate are integrally poured and connected through the multiple middle ribbed beams; and the space between the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate is filled with the light material filling body. The upper flange plate, the lower flange plate, the middle rib beams and the side rib beams which are poured through concrete are adopted to form a hollow main body structure, the overall strength is guaranteed, the hollow part is filled with the light material filling body, the overall weight of the prefabricated concrete sandwich floor slab is reduced, and the protection function of the prefabricated concrete sandwich floor slab is improved; and transportation and on-site assembly requirements are met.
