An attached type lifting scaffold construction device comprises a machine base device and a piling device, the machine base device comprises a machine base, a first gear, a first synchronizing wheel, a rotating rod and a base rod, the piling device comprises a piling frame, a lifting frame, a clamping plate, a nut, a lead screw, a first bevel gear and a connector, a center hole is formed in the middle of the machine base, a rotating groove is formed in the outer side of the center hole, and a first hole is formed in the front side of the rotating groove; a first gear spline hole is formed in the middle of the first gear, a rotating ring is arranged on the outer side of the first gear spline hole, a first synchronizing wheel shaft is arranged in the middle of the first synchronizing wheel, a first synchronizing wheel spline hole is formed in the first synchronizing wheel shaft, and a clamping groove is formed in the lower portion of the rotating rod. The upper portion of the base rod is provided with a clamping plate, the lower portion of the base rod is provided with a spiral face, and the rotating ring is rotationally connected with the rotating groove.
