The invention discloses a three-dimensional charging vehicle carrying device and a mechanical three-dimensional garage, the three-dimensional charging vehicle carrying device comprises a base, a vehicle carrying plate, a second power connection assembly and a transmission structure, the vehicle carrying plate is movably installed on the base in the transverse direction, and the vehicle carrying plate has a parking position and a retreating position in the transverse movement stroke of the vehicle carrying plate; a first power connection part is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle carrying plate; the second power connection assembly comprises a second power connection part which is movably arranged up and down; and the transmission structure is in transmission connection between the vehicle carrying plate and the second power connection part, and when the vehicle carrying plate is located at the parking position, the vehicle carrying plate drives the second power connection part to move upwards to the high position through the transmission structure so as to make contact with the first power connection part. Therefore, the electric connection of the first power connection part and the second power connection part is realized, and the requirements of parking and charging on the three-dimensional charging vehicle carrying plate are met at the same time.
