The invention provides a mounting structure and an intelligent door lock with the same, and the mounting structure comprises a mounting bottom plate which is used for being mounted on a door plate and is used for being connected with a door lock shell; wherein the mounting bottom plate comprises a bottom plate main body and a plurality of mounting sub-plate bodies, and each mounting sub-plate body is adjustably arranged relative to the position of the bottom plate main body, so that the mounting bottom plate adapts to door lock shells with different sizes. According to the mounting structure, the problem of poor mounting universality of the intelligent door lock in the prior art is solved.
