The invention provides a mounting structure and an intelligent door lock with the mounting structure, the mounting structure is used for mounting a door lock main body of the intelligent door lock on a door plate, the mounting structure comprises a mounting bottom plate, the door lock main body comprises a door lock shell, and the mounting bottom plate and the door lock shell are connected through a hinge assembly; the hinge assembly comprises a first hinge part and a second hinge part which are detachably connected, one of the mounting bottom plate and the door lock shell is provided with a first positioning part, and the other one of the mounting bottom plate and the door lock shell is provided with a second positioning part; and after the mounting bottom plate is mounted on the door plate, the first hinging part and the second hinging part are hinged to each other, so that the door lock shell rotates to a mounting position where the first positioning part and the second positioning part are connected with each other or a dismounting position where the first positioning part and the second positioning part are separated from each other. The intelligent door lock solves the problem that in the prior art, an inner lock assembly or an outer lock assembly of an intelligent door lock and a door plate are inconvenient to mount.
