Construction method of ammonia gas separation tank
The invention relates to a construction method of an ammonia gas separation tank. The ammonia gas separation tank is divided into four modules, namely wall plates, partition plates, a top cover and an arc-shaped sealing head; wherein the wall plates and the top cover equally-divided blocks are prefabricated, and the arc-shaped sealing heads at the two ends are independently prefabricated; during installation, the bottom plate is firstly constructed; after the bottom plate is constructed, the arc-shaped sealing head at one end of the ammonia gas separation tank is installed, then the wall plates and the partition plates between the wall plates are installed, and finally the arc-shaped sealing head and the top cover at the other end of the ammonia gas separation tank are installed. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, different parts of the ammonia water separation tank are divided into modules according to different parts of a drawing, and modular prefabrication and installation are adopted, so that high-altitude operation can be reduced, the use of machinery can be reduced, and a complex mould does not need to be used, so that the construction cost is reduced; and meanwhile, large-scale centralized arrangement construction is facilitated, multiple or even all equipment can be constructed at the same time, and therefore the construction period can be effectively shortened.
本发明涉及一种氨气分离槽的施工方法,将所述氨气分离槽分成壁板、隔板、顶盖和弧形封头四个模块;其中,壁板、顶盖均分块预制,两端的弧形封头单独预制;安装时,先施工底板;底板施工完成后,安装氨气分离槽一端的弧形封头,再安装壁板及壁板间的隔板,最后安装氨气分离槽另一端的弧形封头和顶盖。采用本发明所述的方法,将氨水分离槽的不同部位按图纸不同部位分割成模块,采用模块化预制、安装,可以减少高空作业、减少机械的使用、不需要使用复杂胎具,从而降低施工成本;同时便于大规模集中布置施工,多台甚至所有设备可同时施工,从而可有效缩短建造周期。
