Production method of green building material recycled concrete
The invention discloses a green building material recycled concrete production method, which comprises: crushing and screening waste concrete, spreading on a screen, uniformly spraying calcium lactate powder, spraying a bacillus bacterial liquid, standing for 3 weeks, and overturning once every week during the period to obtain coarse aggregate particles; fully soaking the coarse aggregate particles in a mixed solution added with a high-activity fluorine titanium substance, sodium diethylenetriamine pentacarboxylic acid and polyhydric alcohol, fishing out, and airing until the surface is free of water, so as to obtain a recycled coarse aggregate; the recycled concrete is prepared by uniformly stirring the following components in parts by weight: 200-250 parts of cement, 630-650 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 630-650 parts of fine aggregate, 30-40 parts of nano silicon dioxide fiber strings, 40-50 parts of waste plastic blasting beads, 170-180 parts of water, 6-8 parts of high-performance water reducing agent and 5-10 parts of coal ash. The concrete obtained by the invention has excellent early-stage crack resistance and mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种绿色建筑材料再生混凝土的生产方法,包括如下步骤:将废旧混凝土经过破碎、筛选后,平铺在筛网上,均匀喷洒乳酸钙粉,并喷洒芽孢杆菌菌液,静置3周后,期间每一周翻动一次,得粗骨料颗粒;将粗骨料颗粒置于添加有高活性氟钛物、二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、多元醇的混合液中充分浸泡,捞出,晾干至表面无水后,得到再生粗骨料;以重量份数计,取200~250份水泥、630~650份再生粗骨料、630~650份细骨料、30~40份纳米二氧化硅纤维串、40~50份废旧塑料爆珠、170~180份水、6~8份高性能减水剂、5~10份粉煤灰,搅拌均匀,得到再生混凝土。本发明所得的混凝土具有优良的早期抗裂性能和力学性能。
