Preparation method of spherical composite zirconium oxide powder
The invention provides spherical composite zirconia powder and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, a hydrothermal synthesis method is adopted, a mixed solution of ammonia water, zircon salt, rare earth salt and polyethylene glycol 6000 is subjected to reaction, nucleation and growth at high temperature and high pressure to form zirconium oxide crystal grains, then a rare earth zirconium solid solution is generated in the calcination process, the crystal grains form a metastable tetragonal phase or cubic phase, and therefore the thermal shock resistance of the composite zirconium oxide is improved. The prepared composite zirconium oxide powder is spherical, excellent in flowing property, controllable in particle size distribution and suitable for preparing ceramic tools, electronic ceramics and other ceramic parts.
本发明提供一种球形复合氧化锆粉体及其制备方法。该方法通过水热合成法,用氨水、锆盐、稀土盐和聚乙二醇6000混合溶液在高温高压下反应、成核、生长形成氧化锆晶粒,然后在煅烧过程中生成稀土锆固溶体,使晶粒形成亚稳的四方相或者立方相,从而提高复合氧化锆的抗热震性能。本发明制备的复合氧化锆粉体呈球形,流动性能优,粒度分布可控,适用于制备陶瓷刀具、电子陶瓷等陶瓷制件。
