The invention discloses an asphalt construction laying construction process which comprises the following steps: A, road surface surveying: surveying a construction site, determining whether an oil laying condition is met or not, and checking the flatness and compactness of a road surface; b, road surface cleaning: removing dust, loose particles and impurities from the old road surface, and keeping the surface dry; and C, paving tack coat oil on the road surface: when the liquid petroleum asphalt is used as the tack coat oil, the atmospheric temperature is more than 5 DEG C, when the emulsified asphalt is used as the tack coat oil, the atmospheric temperature is more than 10 DEG C, and when the road surface is wet in rainy days and after raining, the tack coat oil is not sprinkled. The adhesive layer oil is laid on the cleaned pavement, the bonding firmness between asphalt and the ground can be effectively improved, the two layers of geotechnical cloth are laid on the surface of the adhesive layer in a staggered mode, the crack resistance of the pavement can be improved, and therefore the service life of the asphalt pavement is effectively prolonged.
本发明公开了一种沥青施工铺设施工工艺,其施工工艺包括以下步骤:A、路面勘测:勘测施工现场,确定是否具备铺油条件,检查路面平整度和密实度;B、路面清理:旧路面要清除尘土、松散颗粒及杂物,并使表面保持干燥;C、在路面铺设粘层油:粘层油用液体石油沥青时,大气温度在5℃以上,粘层油用乳化沥青时,大气温度在lO℃以上,且雨天和雨后路面潮湿时,不得浇洒粘层油。本发明对清理后的路面铺设粘层油,可有效提高沥青与地面之间粘接的牢固性,且在粘油层的表面交错铺设两层土工布,可提高本路面的抗裂性,从而有效提高了本沥青路面的使用寿命。
