The device mainly comprises a bearing frame, a supporting plate is vertically installed on the bearing frame in a sliding mode, a driving motor is arranged on the supporting plate, the output end of the driving motor is vertically downward and is fixedly provided with a vertically-arranged sampling barrel, and a first linkage assembly is connected between the output end of the driving motor and the supporting plate; the output end of the driving motor rotates to drive the supporting plate to ascend and descend through the first linkage assembly. The stabilizing rods are vertically and rotatably mounted on the supporting plate, and the number of the stabilizing rods is multiple; and the second linkage assemblies are connected between the corresponding stabilizing rods and the output ends of the driving motors, and the output ends of most of the driving motors rotate to drive the stabilizing rods to rotate through the second linkage assemblies. The driving motor is arranged to drive the sampling barrel to rotate, the supporting plate to ascend and descend and the stabilizing rod to rotate at the same time, the stability in the sampling process is high, the device size is smaller, and the detection efficiency is higher.
