The steel formwork base is composed of a plurality of steel structure formworks, and a bolt base is arranged on the surface of each steel structure formwork. The surface of the vibrating seat is fixedly connected with a sealing cavity; a gear seat is connected into the sealing cavity in a sliding manner; the upper end face of the gear seat is fixedly connected with a supporting rod. The lower end face of the gear seat is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft. The bottom end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a uniform disturbance seat; the outer surface of the uniform disturbing seat is fixedly connected with vibrating plates which are uniformly arranged; each vibrating plate is in the shape of a bent plate with a downward cone; the rotating shaft drives the uniform disturbing seat to rotate, the uniform disturbing seat and the vibrating plate can disturb part of non-uniformly mixed concrete and enable the concrete to be gradually and uniformly mixed in the rotating process, the concrete can be uniformly tamped under the condition that the cam continuously abuts against the supporting rod, and the concrete on the upper layer and the concrete on the lower layer can be completely fused conveniently.
