The invention discloses a bridge pier body concrete vibrating device and method, and relates to the technical field of concrete vibrating. The vibrating device comprises a guide rail, the device main body is movably arranged on the guide rail through a moving assembly; the vibrator is arranged on the device body and comprises a vibrating rod and a connecting frame, and the vibrating rod is arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame; and the driving assembly is used for controlling the vibrator to move. The vibrating rod is moved to the position over different vibrating points on the same column through the driving assembly, concrete is vibrated through the vibrating rod, after the vibrating work of the different vibrating points on the same column is completed, the device is moved to the position, to be vibrated, of the next column along the guide rail through the moving assembly, and the operation is repeated; and the vibration work of all the vibration points is completed. According to the concrete vibrating device, a constructor does not need to hold a concrete vibrator to perform vibrating work, so that the manpower consumption is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the concrete vibrating quality is improved.
