Foundation pit prestress supporting system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a foundation pit prestress supporting system and a construction method thereof. The foundation pit prestress supporting system comprises steel supports, latticed columns, joists, portal frames, connecting beams, hanging plates and supporting arches. The steel supports apply prestress in the horizontal direction to the foundation pit support structure in the axial direction; the latticed column is of a cavity structure and is used for being placed in a foundation pit to vertically bear the supporting system. The joists are erected on the latticed columns so as to carry the steel supports; the portal frame is arranged on the joist and surrounds the steel support to limit the movement of the steel support; the connecting beams are used for connecting the adjacent steel supports so as to enhance the rigidity of the supporting system; the hanging plate is used for connecting the end part of the steel support and the foundation pit support structure; the supporting arches are arranged at the positions, bearing the joists, of the latticed columns. According to the prestress supporting system and the construction method thereof, safe and effective supporting and protection can be conducted on an enclosure structure of a large-span foundation pit, construction safety is ensured, and the engineering construction efficiency, economic benefits and environmental benefits are improved through modularized recyclable assemblies and a standardized installation method.
